What this site is

Toronto Tower Tickets publishes planning notes. I do not run an account system. I do not need your name to let you read a page.

What may be processed

The host and the content network see ordinary request logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, time, and the path you asked for. That is enough to keep the machine up and to see which notes are actually read. I do not stitch that into a marketing profile.

If you write to [email protected], I keep the thread long enough to answer it. Then I delete it unless the law says otherwise.

PIPEDA, in practice

PIPEDA asks for a purpose, consent that matches the purpose, and limits on what you keep. The purpose here is publishing notes and answering mail. Consent for reading the public pages is the act of requesting them. Consent for email is you hitting send. I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. There is no checkout that would need card data, because there is no checkout.

If you came from an advertisement

If you came from an advertisement, the advertiser and the network that showed the ad have their own files. This site still does not take payment and still does not get a copy of what you typed into the ad platform. The same independent-guide rules apply. I may see a referrer that says you arrived from an ad click. That referrer is a log line, not a lead.
